Important Note for Hand‑Crafted Goods
Some Niceorn products are hand‑made with finishes. Slight variations in pattern, color and texture are normal characteristics of hand‑finished work and are not considered product defects.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return:
- Request must be submitted within 30 days upon receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- You need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Returns for change‑of‑mind / buyer’s remorse: Return shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Original shipping & handling fees are non‑refundable.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive damaged goods, manufacturing defects, wrong items or missing parts:
Please email service@niceorn.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos showing issues plus your order number.
We will assess your case and offer options: partial refund, full refund, or item re‑shipment. In these valid cases, we cover related return shipping cost.
How To Start a Return
Do NOT send items back without prior written approval from our team.
- Send email to service@niceorn.com with subject: Return Request‑[Your Order Number]
- State your reason for return and attach photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions and return shipping address.
- Send back package following our guidance; keep your return tracking number.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send notification email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to reflect in your account, which depends on bank / payment provider processing speed.
Non‑Returnable Cases
- Goods damaged by customer misuse, accident, improper installation.
- Items returned without our prior return authorization.
- Products showing obvious signs of wear and use.
